Areas from manufacturing and products to service and accounting are all affected by this Six Sigma philosophy. By following the disciplined data-driven approach of Six Sigma, we're able to improve our manufacturing efficiency in multiple ways; and more efficient processes typically result in a smaller environmental footprint.
Six Sigma certified Black Belts
Black belts are those employees who have been trained and certified for their knowledge of Six Sigma and are the key to its success here at Mohawk. These Black Belt leaders are responsible for helping us implement the analytical tools and methodologies of Six Sigma in a wide variety of arenas. Their knowledge and expertise are moving us closer to the Six Sigma standards of perfection in all areas of our business – including environmental-friendliness.
