Safety training for each and every employee
Just as we care for overall health and sustainability of our environment, we've also made the health and welfare of our employees a number one priority. We're continually assessing and re-assessing our safety standards while striving to ensure a healthy work environment for everyone. That's why we require every single one of our manufacturing employees to be trained on our current safety standards and practices. Our Behavior Based Safety program gives these employees the understanding they need to minimize risks to themselves and others. And, it helps to keep safety issues top of mind.

Our employees know and understand the benefits of safety, and everyone strives to maintain the healthiest possible work environment. Not only is a safer workplace less hazardous to the health of our employees – a direct environmental impact – but it also enables our employees to be more productive. A more productive workforce normally uses less energy and resources, putting even less strain on the environment.
