Because we're always looking for new ways to recycle and reuse, we engineered our Rebond cushion to be an entirely recycled product. All of our Rebond cushion is now made with pre-consumer waste - waste that's produced in other manufacturing processes.

Paying for other people's trash

The waste material that we reclaim and use to make Rebond cushion is taken, not only from our own plants, but from other manufacturers throughout the country. From mattress makers to automobile seat and child seat manufacturers - we're purchasing other companies' waste and turning it into our own high-quality Rebond cushions. Yes, we actually pay for other people's trash.

Up to 200 million pounds of waste recycled each year into padding

Every year we recycle up to 200 million pounds of waste products to make our high quality carpet underlayments. This makes a real dent in America's landfills, as these millions of pounds of waste are put to better use.
